Nicola

Nicola first came to yoga as a 17 year old dancer wanting to improve her flexibility, and soon found it becoming an increasingly important part of her life, helping her to deal with the high pressured environment of dance school and professional auditions. “There was a lot of external pressure and I was always striving for physical strength and unrealistic perfection. Yoga was the one movement outlet which enabled me to escape from this. I fell in love with the psychosomatic element”. Deciding to pursue yoga professionally “came naturally; I felt liberated when teaching it.”

Nowadays, Nicola likes to take a yin / yang approach to classes, integrating body, breath, expressive movement and meditative awareness; whatever best helps her clients feel reconnected with the body. “It’s such a great feeling to help people feel better and more resilient, and able to cope with their day-to-day lives.”

Kate

Kate first discovered yoga as a complete beginner almost a decade ago and slowly fell in love; “every time I went to a class I felt so much more refreshed and clear.” She began her long teacher training practice not long after, out of a desire to share the incredible benefits she had felt on a personal level.

Wanting to train with the best, Kate travelled to Bali for an intensive month of specialist training in Vinyasa, Restorative and breathwork techniques, as well as shamanic and healing elements - a unique fusion that few courses offer. This means Kate can now offer Peach clients not only a technical yoga practice, but also Shamanic Flow and Breathwork for a full mind, body and spirit experience. Even after nearly a decade’s worth of practice, Kate is incredibly passionate about her job. “To have someone tell me they feel better and had a beautiful hour makes my day!”

Imogen

Imogen is an experienced and compassionate Yoga Instructor, Fascial Stretch Therapist and Tension Release specialist. Having grown up dancing to professional level, Imogen began working in the fitness industry via personal training, spending 5 years helping her clients discover the joy of movement. She switched to full time yoga training last year, after “seeing first hand the effect of the mind, body and soul connection on people’s lives. It suits my way of thinking and living.”

Her yoga journey has taken her across the globe; India, Bali, Costa Rica, Chile and the USA for teacher training, and Turkey, Dubai, Morocco, Sardinia, Australia, Mauritius, Capri and Bali to train others. Now she is ready to share her extensive international experience with Peach clients in order to help create an optimum state of fluidity, strength, and ease. Her favourite part of teaching yoga is showing her clients that “they are never too old, not flexible enough, not strong enough or whatever other thought they've begun to believe about themselves, and helping them to reach a balanced state.”
